A verb is a word which describes an action performed by the subject , the condition of the subject or what is possessed by the subject .
Example -Farida is a good singer.
we can broadly classify verbs as main and auxiliary .
The main verbs of a sentence can express it’s meaning independently and it tells us what the subject does ,feels or is .these verbs may not need the help of other verbs to express their meanings
